The Fringe Festival 2010 has it’s own beer! Especially brewed for us by Bartram’s Brewery of Rougham, Suffolk, we raise a glass to you and toast ‘Cheers and Booze’.
This beautiful label was painted for us by Deborah E Burrow, the remarkable Suffolk artist whose work is deservedly drawing increasingly widespread acknowledgement and admiration.  Thanks Deb!

What the heck is the Bury Fringe Festival?!

Glad you asked!

It’s all about fun and frivolity, bringing creativity and entertainment to the hearts and souls of the people of Bury St Edmunds, and everywhere else around us.  Running from May 1st - 14th 2010, we have a programme packed with comedy, music, dance, magic and all sorts of other treats and goodies, with contributors ranging from 3yr olds to 70yr olds.  The emphasis is on championing local talent as well as hosting shows and acts that wouldn’t usually visit Bury, and as an entirely unfunded festival this year the motto is ‘handmade and homegrown!’.

Have a look at our full programme at www.buryfringe.com and watch this space for more information on all the artists and events making up the Bury Fringe Festival 2010
